 CharterCARE Medical Associates an affiliate of CharterCARE Health Partners is inviting residents or experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Primary Care) Physicians to apply to one of our thriving outpatient hospital-employed practice with locations throughout Warren or Warwick, Rhode Island. You will enjoy work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule, shared very light phone call coverage, and the support of a talented team including a primary care physician, advanced practice providers, and medical assistants. We are interested in a physician who puts patient care at the forefront and demonstrates exceptional delivery of quality and compassionate focused healthcare serving patients, community, and our fellow care team.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physician 
• Rhode Island Licensed, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration
