CharterCARE is seeking an Inpatient Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join an esteemed and collegial medical staff community at Roger Williams Medical Center (teaching hospital) located in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island. In this hospital employed position, the physician assistant will provide direct clinical management to acutely ill patients in Critical Care/ICU and general surgery service line. The physician assistant will possess strong prioritization and clinical assessment skills. Your work schedule will include per diem, part-time, or locum shift hours for coverage beginning at 3:00 p.m.  We are interested in a Physician Assistant who puts patient care at the forefront while providing exceptional delivery of quality and compassionate care.

REQURIEMENTS:

  • Graduate Advanced Degree in a Physician Assistant Accredited Program
  • Physician Assistant board certified and Federal DEA/Controlled-Substance Licensed (soon eligible)
  • Preferred experience in Central Line placement and Intubation
