The Crozer Keystone Health Network (CKHN) has excellent opportunities available for full-time Family Nurse Practitioners to work in an outpatient only setting!
CKHN is the largest primary care and specialty physician network in Delaware County, PA, and is part of the Crozer-Keystone Health System, the largest employer in Delaware County, PA. Our primary care practices utilize an EMR across a comprehensive network connecting five hospitals and 85 practice locations across the county. Additionally our primary care practices possess Level III NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home certification and participate in multiple quality initiatives. We score high on patient satisfaction and have strong medical leadership. We are a progressive network and well positioned to face the challenges of healthcare today.
The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Masters CRNP Primary Care program with up to date Pennsylvania licenses. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in an advanced practice role. (Experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate).
