CharterCARE Medical Associates (CCMA) an affiliate of CharterCARE Health Partners invites practicing Family Medicine (Primary Care) Advanced Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA-C) to apply to a well-established outpatient (hospital-employed) primary care practice located in the charm of Warwick, Rhode Island. You will enjoy work-life balance with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with exceptionally light shared phone call coverage and the support of an esteemed family medicine physician. Requirements:

• Graduate Advanced Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Accredited Program with 2 years or more experience
• Rhode Island Licensed, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration
