CharterCARE Medical Associates (CCMA) an affiliate of CharterCARE Health Partners invites practicing Family Medicine (Primary Care) Advanced Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA-C) to apply to a well-established outpatient (hospital-employed) primary care practice located in the charm of Warwick, Rhode Island. You will enjoy work-life balance with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with exceptionally light shared phone call coverage and the support of an esteemed family medicine physician. We are interested in Advanced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) and Physician Assistant (PA-C) committed to the delivery of exceptional quality and compassionate focused care serving our patients, community, and fellow care team. Requirements:

  • Graduate Advanced Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Accredited Program with 2 years or more experience
  • Rhode Island Licensed, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration
