Faculty Physician Family Medicine - Stellar Collegial Faculty Support – Work Life Balance

Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is seeking a faculty physician to join its highly respected and growing family medicine residency program, the only program in Connecticut East of the River. This outstanding program is sponsored by Manchester Memorial Hospital and is anchored by a stellar faculty physician team with a community-focused clinical site for residents/medical students to train. The physician should possess a passion for teaching, a strong interest in developing curriculum, and is clinically successful in placing resident education/training and patient care at the forefront. You will enjoy working alongside this collaborative faculty team Monday through Friday with daytime business work hours. Your schedule will consist of 3 days precepting residents, 1 day with your own patient panel, and 1 day dedicated to administration time.  Academic appointments are available through the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. The program is ACGME accredited.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board certified in family medicine with experience
• Connecticut license and CT federal DEA /controlled-substance license (or soon eligible)
