POSITION SUMMARY:
Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) has an exciting full-time inpatient OB-GYN Physician Assistant opportunity in our modern maternity center at Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Connecticut. You will enjoy working alongside a highly skilled team of healthcare professionals. Work schedule is weekdays and every other Saturday. As an integral part of this team, you will provide physician assistant clinical support to our patient community.

ECHN is a community health system comprised of more than 300 active medical staff members with two acute-care hospitals, a skilled/subacute facility, home care agency, a comprehensive cancer center and multiple outpatient services centers. It has a prominent family medicine residency program, the latest in robotic surgical systems including the new Mako robotic assisted knee/hip replacement system and the Xi daVinci robot along with highly regarded programs including the ECHN Center for Weight Loss and the Women’s Center for Wellness.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• National Physician Assistant board certification (or eligible)
  National DEA number registration (or eligible)
• State of Connecticut controlled substance registration (or eligible)
• One or more years of experience preferred; will consider significant related clinical Physician Assistant training
