Summary
Crozer-Keystone Health System is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or experienced Physician Assistant for its Orthopedics department.
The dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will
- Perform duties in support of the Medical Center mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.
- Function autonomously as part of the surgical health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes in the preoperative and postoperative management of surgical patients and their complex responses to the surgical process.
- Function in the perioperative arena with responsibilities based on role-specific competency, patient populations, practice environments, accessibility of human and fiscal resources, and healthcare organization policy
Education and Training:
Current licensure to practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Experience:
2 years of employment experience as an Advanced Practice Provider. Previous Orthopedic and/or surgery experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with writing orders is required.
