Summary
COME GROW WITH US:Eastern Connecticut Health Network, a well-respected hospital leader based in Manchester, Connecticut, is seeking a full-time adult outpatient psychiatrist to join its highly talented physician and nurse practitioner team in the Manchester area. The psychiatrist will provide advanced clinical care and place patient care at the forefront. You will enjoy working in a collaberative community environment Monday through Friday during daytime practice hours. As an integral member of our team, the psychiatrist will provide quality behavioral health services to the adult patient population which includes partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs. Call coverage is shared on a rotated scheduled basis.
ECHN is a community health system comprised of more than 300 active medical staff members with two acute-care hospitals, a skilled/subacute facility, home care agency, a comprehensive cancer center and multiple outpatient services centers. It has a prominent family medicine residency program, the latest in robotic surgical systems including the new Mako robotic assisted knee/hip replacement system and the Xi daVinci robot along with highly regarded programs including the ECHN Center for Weight Loss and the Women’s Center for Wellness.

ACADEMIC/CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Residency training in adult psychiatry
- Addiction medicine trained or experienced
- Certification licensed in Suboxone assisted treatment
- Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry (or eligible) and Connecticut licensed (or eligible)
- Federal DEA/Connecticut controlled substance licensed (or eligible)
