Summary
COME GROW WITH US:We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/APRN to provide per diem nursing clinical services at ECHN’s Woodlake at Tolland a skilled, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility to join our highly talented and collaborative team. This state-of-the-art building is nestled in the rolling hills of Tolland, Connecticut, and has peaceful landscapes, a gazebo, flower gardens, and multiple patios and walkways. The nurse practitioner will provide physicals and follow-up visits to both short- and long-term-care patients and residents. ECHN offers a highly competitive salary.
ECHN is a community healthcare system comprised of more than 300 active medical staff members with two acute-care hospitals, a skilled/subacute facility, homecare agency, a comprehensive cancer center and multiple outpatient services centers. It has a prominent family medicine residency program, the latest in robotic surgical systems, including the new Mako robotic assisted knee/hip replacement system and the Xi daVinci robot, plus the Center for Weight Loss and the Women’s Center for Wellness.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- Graduate advanced degree of an accredited nurse practitioner program (or eligible)
- Active Connecticut APRN license (or eligible)
- Geriatric specialty preferred
- Wound certified preferred
- Previous experience in geriatrics highly preferred
