The Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner will enjoy a Monday through Friday work schedule with (no evenings or weekends) optional shared rotation call coverage. Eastern Connecticut Health Network's behavioral health department is supported by a collaborative esteemed multidisciplinary team of experts which includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nurses, mental health counselors, social workers, and occupational therapists. Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner Mental Health (PMHNP) program board certified or soon eligible
- Prefer inpatient training or strong clinical training in a Behavioral Health setting
- Connecticut's license, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration or eligible
