Summary
Expanding academic division of geriatric medicine at Crozer-Chester Medical Center is seeking a faculty member at our tertiary care community teaching hospital located on a picturesque 68-acre campus, just 20 minutes from Philadelphia, PA. The Crozer-Keystone Center for Geriatric Medicine is located in a new central location at Springfield Hospital.
The Division of Geriatric Medicine currently includes six geriatricians, a physician assistant and a social worker. It is part of an academic Department of Medicine and a major affiliate of both Drexel College of Medicine and Temple University School of Medicine. The hospital is a part of the Crozer-Keystone Health System, a top-rated regional integrated health system with a longstanding teaching tradition and superb faculty.
Responsibilities include clinical practice and teaching of medical students, residents and geriatrics fellows in the hospital, outpatient settings, and in long term care. Requirements include board certification in family medicine or internal medicine. Prior administrative experience and teaching or conducting scholarly activities is a plus.
